Our AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, December 2nd. It will be held prior to our coaches appreciation dinner at Vince's Restaurant. The AGM is open to all parents or guardians of currently registered Pleasant Grove Soccer Club players. During the AGM an election is conducted for two board positions each year as their term expires. This year's elected positions are Secretary and Registrar. The PGSC has additional appointed board positions that are available. These positions include Vice President, Field Coordinator, Scorekeeper, Assistants for most positions, and possibility others. If you have an interest in any of these positions or in helping plan next years soccer season please let us know.
Your pies are ready. Please pick up your pies at Coldstone Creamery in the Waterman Plaza Saturday and Sunday, November 21 & 22.
Coaches on game day please check to see if you are the first or last team schedule at your home field. The first team is in charge of setting up the field; putting up the nets and placing the corner flags. The last team is in charge of taking down and storing the nets and flags. In the past teams at Albiani Middle School could leave the nets up; that is not the case anymore. The nets must be setup and taken down each week at the Middle School also. The nets should be dropped off each week at all of our home fields. The last team can store the nets in the provided container and leave at the field for picked up.
After the game confirm the score with the referees. Notify the club scorekeeper after you game by email or use the Submit Score Form (link on the right). All scores must be reported to the club scorekeeper for all age groups and for home and visiting teams by Saturday evening.
